Happy National Vision Board Day!

Vision boards are a great visual reminder when things get difficult how to stay motivated, committed, and to persevere when things become hard.

How to create a vision board:

  1. Pick a category

  2. Find images that represent the goal you are trying to work towards. You want these image to inspire you and motivate you.

  3. Think about what needs to change to make you closer to your goal and write and/or find images that already show this change. You want to visualize where you see yourself going.

  4. Write motivational quotes or things that may need to be said to you when you are struggling or in a plateau with your goal.

You can physically create this vision board with magazine clippings or printing off images to a cork board or magnetic board. Make sure it is in the room where you’ll see it daily. Preferably the room where the change needs to occur.

You can also create a digital one through Pinterest or Canva. Make sure that this is visually seen every day, where it be on the desktop of your computer or your wallpaper on your phone.

Don’t forget to share it with others!
